Funny thing today

So I recently spotted a bunch of gopher holes on our lawn. Of course it made the lawn look all bad, so I went ahead and got one of those electronic gopher/mole deterrent systems from Home Depot. I didn't really want to use poison on my yard and contaminate the whole place... Well anyways I know it's working because there is no new holes on my lawn. You know what else? I heard my neighbor complaining about new gopher holes on their lawn. XD Well not my problem now. LOL

Youtube. You guys are extremely messed up.

So if you guys don't know, my main Youtube account is now terminated because Youtube says I got too many copyright strikes. First of all that is not true! The use of the music in the background of those educational videos are permitted under the "Fair Use Law". So I did not violate any rules! Secondly, you guys said my "How to Detect Counterfeit Money" video violates the Terms of Use. Could you guys explain to me how something so LEGAL like this violates your Terms of Use? Do you workers at Google promote the making of counterfeit money? So I file a repeal and you guys say you stand by your decision and the video still violates your ToS. Who do you hire? MONKEYS? Even an idiot would know better! You know what? You guys are idiots! No worse than idiots!

So what if we put music on our videos? You guys should see it as advertisement and put a "Buy" link under our videos. Would make you guys so much more money you know! You should see it as free advertisement! Plus, I was just using music, even if you do think it is a violation (which it is clearly not) you can just disable the stupid audio on the video and everyone will be happy. You can also block the person from uploading more videos. Terminating an account won't do anything. The person can just sign up for another one!

You guys are idiots and need to change up your system. If this happened to you, rant about it in the comments. Thanks. Anyways, I am now using my other Youtube account. It's a pain having to subscribe to all my favorite channels again. Youtube you are an ASS!

Spotify is so cool. :D

Anyways guys, sorry for me not posting for a while. I've been busy. Well anyways, guess what I just found? So I saw a few of my friends using Spotify on my Facebook feed. So I went ahead and Googled it. The application is great! :D

Spotify Screenshot. Taylor Swift FTW :D

It's this great app where you can stream music for free. All you need is to register either a Spotify account, or a Facebook account. It's great. They usually play a short ad after 5 songs or something. Really wonderful. Premium users get ad free and apps for their mobile devices.

Anyways, I'm not getting paid to post this. I really wanted to share this great app with you. To my surprise, they have quite some Asian music in the list too. :D I love Jay Chou. I also heard this is actually really new in the US. They had this in Europe long ago, just never opened up to the US. I'm glad they are in the US. Yay!

Recent losses. :( A personal message...

If you guys take a closer look at my blog now, you'll see that I no longer have Google Adsense ads. This is because someone has click bombed me and Google already replied me saying that they can not reinstate my Adsense account. I'm not here to point fingers or anything, but here to tell you that I will most likely be replacing my old Adsense ads with Amazon Associate ads. I may find another PTC advertising company later. As of right now, the only program I am participating in is the Amazon Associates program.

I will do my best to still come and bring you great content on all my blogs and websites. :) But yeah, not saying you have to or anything. If you buy something from Amazon and you do it through my referral links, I do make some referral money.

Anyways guys, please don't forget to share my blog/website with your friends, family members, co-workers, and everyone else in this world! Thank you!

She used to be male?!

Note (May 14th, 2020): Please note that this post was written by teenage me, I know certain wording and phrasing would be considered offensive these days. Note that LGBTQI education back then was not as good, and things has progressed very fast over the past decade. The post is just kept here for archival purposes.

So apparently I was doing some looking around the other day? You see the girl above? Yeah, she used to be a guy. I was actually quite surprised. LOL Apparently she is a
Thailand actor/model named Treechada “Nong Poy” Marnyaporn. So I was reading about her, apparently she started HRT (Hormone Replacement Treatment) at a very young age and got SRS (Sex Reassignment Surgery) at the age of 17. Anyways, let me give you a link to the forum I found this person on. If you Google her, you'll find a lot more info too. LOL

Just a heads up, since she's a model, there are some pictures of her in bikinis and sleepwear... So if you feel that is inappropriate, don't visit it. Link here.

And obviously, yeah, I am feeling very very jealous right now. -__-" HAHA Wish I can reach something like her. Sigh. :\ I am also thinking about copying that hair style. What you guys think? :P

The Nintendo 3DS is so Cool!

So today I went to Fry's Electronics. To my my surprise, they had a Nintendo 3DS on demo! :D It was amazing! It was the first time I saw glasses-free 3D in action! AWESOME!!! But I do have to say that the Nintendo 3DS isn't perfect. I know a lot of you might be thinking it must be Godly. Well this is what everyone thinks when some new, never before achieved technology comes out. HAHA Anyways, the 3D only works at the certain distance from the screen and you will have to be looking like straight at the monitor to see the 3D. If you are just a little bit off, you'll either see 2 images or feel like throwing up (no joke)! My eyes tired out like after 2 minutes of looking at the screen. Probably not the best thing to be looking at all day. So that's it! That was my experience. I have to say the 3D is incredible. If you have the money! You should buy it! Don't play with the 3D on for too long though, I have a feeling it will really damage your eyes. :/

Source Code Review

Source Code was a great movie! I loved how it was a thriller sci-fi ish movie. Love those. So it talks about sending this dead solder into a parallel world to find a bomb so they can stop the bomber. I'd give this movie 4/5 stars because it looks a bit cheaply made. Other than that, it is a great movie! A must see! Go see it, you won't regret it. It is a bit like Vantage Point and Inception combined. :)

Get free stuff with Points2Shop

Points2Shop really works! The one thing I loved the most from this website is I had enough points from the sign up bonus to already start redeeming prizes! As seen above, they did send me the $1 I ordered. It came fast and it was great.

Points2Shop is a website that allows you to earn points or cash by completing offers, play games, and refer others and then redeem them for prizes.

Their referral pay out is very high! For every US or UK member you refer, they will pay you $1 plus a share of points or cash your referral earns! They also have a tiered referral system. When you are from UK, USA or CA you get 15% of what your first level referrals earn, 3% of second level and 2% of third level.

They also feature daily click offers which are links that you click into once per day (there are usually around 11 for me each day) and they will pay you!

Prizes includes anything that you can get from Amazon.com. This includes electronics, books, clothing, and a lot of other stuff! Go try Points2Shop out and see for yourself!

My Opinions on Friday by Rebecca Black

Note (May 14th, 2020): Please note that this post was written by immature teenage me, this is no longer my views on this topic. The post is just kept here for archival purposes. Please do not engage in cyber bullying. I realize I was wrong for doing so, and being so immature as a teenager.

I have to say. This is the worst song I've ever heard! MY EARS ARE BLEEDING!!! AHHH!!! Joking, but seriously. Friday Friday Friday! Stop repeating, do you have a speech problem? Secondly... Don't know which seat to take? Take the one with no one sitting there! Is it really that hard? It can't be the weekend all week because if it was, everyone would be idiots. Wow... I can't believe it got so many views...

Btw, you know what would make a good parody? A music video titled Monday with a bunch of nerds. Or a music video titled Sunday with people who are crazy for Christ. XD

Watch the unplugged version. 10x worse. Who ever needs autotune shouldn't sing!

Guys, I want to know what you think. Leave a comment below. I recently switched over to Disqus so you guys can comment using, Facebook, Twitter, OpenID, Yahoo, or a Disqus account. You can also comment as a guest if you want.

How to Donate to Money for the Japan Earthquake

Photo credit goes to ABC News.

As a lot of you guys know on March 11, an 8.9-magnitude earthquake struck off the coast of Japan, triggering tsunami waves that affected several countries, including the United States. Hundreds of people have died, not know where their loved ones are, or are homeless and is in desperate need of money, shelter, and clothing. The power of a nuclear power plant's cooling system was knocked and forced all the workers to flee. Please help contribute to this natural disaster by donating to the American Red Cross through Amazon. It is what God want's you to do! :)

!!!Donate via Amazon!!!

How to donate by text (extra charges will incur on your next phone bill):
  • To donate to American Red Cross Relief, text REDCROSS to 90999

Annoying Dog...

You know what's really annoying? Every night when I try to sleep. I always hear this annoying dog barking far away... -__- Every freakin' night!! Other than the days when it rains... I don't even know who's dog it is... I mean, it always barks at night... The sound could be from miles away... Who knows? Eh... Stupid dog. And other dogs like bark back too! If the dogs want to have a conversation, do it during the day time. It really really bothers me when I'm trying to sleep.

And you know what else? The Weather Channel said it was going to snow yesterday night. Apparently it didn't even rain... But still the same cold weather outside... I went outside and eh... I was like frozen solid (exaggerating)! LOL Weird... It never snows in Fremont... or like the whole SF Bay Area... HAHA

I think I know why he got voted to be mayor...

I don't know how they managed to report this without laughing. Seriously... I was laughing hard through the whole video. XD Take a look! It was on Ray William Johnson.

Pokémon Black and White Mall Tour

Yesterday, I went to the Pokémon Black and White Mall Tour at Westfield Oakridge Mall in San Jose, CA. I think the mall tour was amazing. Especially the free stuff. XD I love free stuff... The mall was crowded with Pokémon fans from all over SF Bay Area I guess. I'm pretty sure they are from the bay. This isn't the end of the article. :) I stuck little bits of the article under the pictures so you won't get bored while reading this. HAHA

Giant models of Reshiram and Zekrom. :D

According to the flyer I got, there was a station for playing a demo of Pokémon Black and White and you get a free Pokémon pin just for playing the demo. Oh yeah, that leads me to the other thing. I should have read the flyer when I was there. XD I missed a lot of things. Like for the demo, I was like, eh... Who cares. LOL If I knew they were giving out free stuff, I would have went... So I didn't get a pin... At GameStop, they gave out Celebi for your Pokémon game. At the "Pokémon Center", you got a chance to buy Pokémon stuff. I thought they were a bit overpriced and there was nothing I want... Other than that Pikachu shirt, but they didn't have a size I can wear. :\ And it was $20 per shirt. WHAT A RIP OFF... But expected. HAHA

My picture with the Reshiram and Zekrom models. LOL

People lining up for the stamps... I'll tell you more about that below. I guess some of them were lining up for the Celebi. HAHA

There was a lot of people lining up for the free stuff...

This was the station where they showed highlights from the new Pokémon movie. I didn't watch. I was busy taking photos for you guys. LOL

There is an "Activity Zone" where you can see the highlights of the new Pokémon movie, take photos with Snivy, Tepig, and Oshawott in person, and you can spin a wheel to get free stuff.  There was also free showings of the new Pokémon movie, which I also didn't see because I thought you had to pay. LOL You get an over-sized Pokémon card for watching the movie.

Ad: Nintendo fans, are you read for 3D video gaming? Get your Nintendo 3DS now! More details.

After you get all 5 stamps in your flyer, you get to spin the wheel to determine which prize you get. Prizes included Pokémon plushies featuring the Snivy, Tepig, or Oshawott, patches featuring Snivy, Tepig, and Oshawott, cellphone charms featuring Snivy, Tepig, and Oshawott, and styluses featuring Snivy, Tepig, or Oshawott. Everyone with the stamps had one shot at it. I'll tell you more about the stamps below.

More pictures of the people lining up for the free stuff. The line moved faster than I thought. HAHA

There was 5 stations spread out through out the mall (just like the one above). You were to collect all 5 stamps (1 from each station) and return to the "Activity Zone" to get a spin at the prize wheel. :) It was pretty fast because they told you all the locations of the stations on a sign... HAHA

I got a Oshawott plushy and a Tepig stylus. :) I got 2 prizes because my parents was there. :P So 2 prizes for me. XD It kinda sucks I don't have a DS to use the stylus on... Oh well, I can use it with my Nokia N97... The thing you see underneath the Oshawott plushy is the flyer.

People lining up to see Tepig in person and to take a picture...

So many people...

Ok... Something is not right in this picture... HAHA Pedo... JKJK

So they had people (Nintendo employees?) dressed up in Pokémon costumes standing there so the fans can meet the Pokémon in person and to take pictures. I guess the little kids got a lot of joy out of that or the pedophiles in the costume..... JKJK XD So many little kids... LOL

The Oshawott plushy and the Tepig stylus I got.

Over all I had a lot of fun at this event. :) It was truly amazing. I wish Nintendo would do more Pokémon events. XD I loved Pokémon since I found out about them. As you can see, I still do, even though I'm all grown up. HAHA I guess age doesn't matter. :P So did you go? Tell me in the comments below!

Keeping my hair straight

I figured a great way to make my hair straight and not too puffy. :D Before I say anything, I want to tell you this. I don't shampoo and use conditioner everyday. I don't use my flat iron everyday either. I sometimes might use some Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Smoothing Serum (it helps keep my hair soft and silky all day) if I fell my hair is really really dry.

Here is me now :)

So here is what I do:
  1. I first like wash my hair with warm water until it feels soft and silky (takes like 2 minutes maybe).
  2. Then I run it under cold water. (takes maybe 1-2 minutes).
  3. I wrap my hair in a towel and like keep it there for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Then I use my hair dryer and dry my hair a little bit on the cool setting.
  5. Next I comb my hair and then use my hair dryer on the cool setting to dry my hair while I keep my hair straight with my fingers.
  6. After it's like almost or completely dried, I comb my hair into the style I want.
  7. Then I stick the the concentrating attachment onto my hair dryer, stick the heat on high and concentrate all the heat onto my hair while pulling it straight with my straightening comb. (Well... I actually heat up the comb first, then style.) If you know what I mean... (I can't seem to find the straightening comb I use on Amazon. The brand is Conair and it's the one with a heat sensitive strip on it. Go see the picture below.)
  8. After that, I cool off my hair with my hair dryer's cool setting.
  9. I comb for the last time and I look gorgeous all day. :P

My hair might still mess up a bit when wind blows it, but I just need to comb it a little bit again... Last for the whole day until I shower. It stays soft and silky. :)

Here is the straightening comb I use. It is from Conair.

Here are some other tips. Don't flat iron your hair everyday and don't shampoo everyday. It will damage your hair a lot. Flat irons will burn your hair if you use it too much or use it at a temperature too high for your hair. Using shampoo too much will strip away too much moisture and your hair's natural oils. I shampoo 1-2 times a week now. I tell you this from my personal experience. I used to shampoo everyday, but if you take a closer look at my hair, some of the hair on the side of my head is brown from lack of the natural oils... My hair used to be really hard from extra heat styling. Doing what I'm doing now, my hair is recovering from the damage I've done to it... It is kind of soft again... So don't style too much. It damages your hair!

Revlon Crystal Nail File Review

Revlon Crystal Nail File can be found on Amazon here.

I just got this product from my local Target because I heard glass nail files are good for your nails because they don't cause splitting and leaves a smoother finish (unlike metal ones). They also last a very long time (permanently) unlike emery nail files.

I thought I'd give it a shot and bought one for myself. Who knew this product was a complete waste of money?! The glass surface wore down to smooth glass like half way through my nail filing process (on the first use)! It won't file my nails anymore! I rate this product a 0/5 stars if I can! On the box it says you can wash and reuse. If any of you Revlon Customer Care team is reading this, tell me, HOW I'M I SUPPOSE TO REUSE THE SMOOTH GLASS TO FILE MY NAILS?! I am very disappointed at the quality of this product! This lasted shorter than emery nail files! In theory, these are suppose to last longer than emery nail files!

I am not the only one with this problem. If you Google this product for customer reviews, all of them have the same problem as me!

Don't recommend buying this product! I did read that people had a better luck with a Sephora Nail File. Maybe I'll buy theirs next time.

Update at 1-21-2011 7:59 PM: Right now I doubt the nail file is even made with real glass. You see the smooth part of the nail polish where the logo is? I just made a pretty deep scratch on that with my bare nails! Everyone knows only diamonds and rare gemstones can scratch real glass! My bare nails made a deep scratch on it! If it was real glass, I wouldn't be able to!

The Green Hornet

The Green Hornet was a really good movie. :D Loved Jay Chou. LOL He was AWESOME! ^_^ The bulletproof cars was cool too. Wish I can have a car like that where you can hide so much gadgets in... Well anyways... I recommend you go see the movie if you haven't seen it yet. Jay Chou fan or not. HAHA Me, big Jay Chou fan. :) I give movie a 10/10 :D

Best part of the movie was:

Police: SHOW ME YOUR HANDS!!!
Britt: (Shows officer middle finger)

For me this was like the best part of the movie. XD Got a big laugh. LOL Can you imagine what would happen if someone did that in real life? ROFL

What I've been doing recently...

As you know I haven't been blogging recently. XD I can't say I've been busy, but I really don't know what to talk about and I got kind of lazy. I've spent a crap load of time on Angry Birds. XD Game is so addicting and I really suck. LOL Took me forever!

Well anyways, I did get my glasses, but I don't think I look that great in glasses. :\ Actually, I just don't like wearing them... I think glasses make me look kind of nerdy. Maybe it's just me. LOL Haven't taken it out of the car since. Not sure when I'll be posting a picture... Hopefully soon.

I did get new pants. Skinny leg jeans. HAHA :D I think they look great on me! Well again, too lazy for pictures. Maybe next time... Haven't got anything else. Need to go to a bigger mall. The Great Mall in Milpitas is kind of small... Not enough selection. Didn't find anything I really liked.

Um... I've been watching American Dad recently on Netflix. DSL kinda crappy recently... It's like super unstable. Have to like retrieve several times before I can watch... Not a Netflix problem, DSL problem. Browsing the internet has also been slow recently. Stupid DSL...

Anyways, I've started uploading my Yellowstone/Grand Teton videos. It is kind of slow. It takes like one and half days a video! Some problem with the upload speed. Once I get them all uploaded I'll be posting them up on my photography blog. As of right now, I have first video uploaded and currently uploading the second one. So yeah!

Going to go watch The Green Hornet today! Big Jay Chou fan! :D Tell you how the movie was once I get home! (Update 01/17/2011 at 7.17 PM: See my response here)

Coincidence?

My phone and my computer have not malfunctioned to this extent for a long time. Like 2 minutes before the earthquake today, it like malfunctioned. My phone and computer both froze up! o_O At first I was like WHAT THE HELL! After like 2 minutes I felt the house shake. LOL

I rebooted my phone and computer. My computer is working fine, but my phone is still refusing to detect the music I just added into my library... Maybe there was some sort of radiation or disturbance before the earthquake? Who knows?

I think this wasn't a coincidence, but tell me what you think. :D Maybe I'm being paranoid. LOL
